- Click the Complete your offer button in the email invitation to create an account and fill in your details
- Click the Complete offer button on the offer portal home screen and set a password (8 characters minimum) to create your account. Please keep a note of your password so that you don't forget it. Please read our T&Cs and Privacy Policy before you tick the box to agree. Tick the second box if you'd like to receive email notifications from us about community events once you've moved in. Click Create account to start entering your details
- Review the offer details from the agent. If they're incorrect, please contact the property manager directly using the email address at the bottom of your offer invitation email
- Click 'Yes/No' if anyone is a smoker. If anyone has pets, please click 'Yes' and state the following: pet type, pet name, breed, age, weight, colour and any additional info
- Enter your date of birth and select your nationality from the drop-down menu. If the resident can provide right to rent documents, please select 'Yes/No' accordingly
- Next, enter the main income source. Please upload the total combined annual income for each person, including any additional income and benefits, e.g. select 'Employed', enter the name of employer and job title then enter the total annual salary before tax: £24,000 income from employment + £1,500 self-employed income + £340 benefits = £25,840 total annual income, so enter £25,840 into the box
- If the person is employed, enter the employment start date and select 'Yes/No' accordingly if the probation period has ended. If the person has adverse financials (CCJs, bankruptcies), click 'Yes/No' accordingly and enter the relevant details. Please note that failure to disclose adverse financials at offer stage will result in your application being declined automatically. The property manager has the right to retain the holding deposit in these circumstances
- Next, review the stay details and the information for each person, then click Continue to pay holding deposit. If you need to change any details, click Back
- Finally, enter your card details to pay the holding deposit. Please note that your account will only be charged if your offer is accepted. Once you're done, click Continue and submit and Sign out
