You’ll receive an email inviting you to complete your offer. Click on the link in the email invitation to fill in your details. During the offer stage you’ll need to provide and confirm the following details for all residents on the application:
- Full name
- Mobile number
- Date of birth
- Nationality
- Right to rent
- Employment status and income information (please upload your total combined annual income, including any additional income and benefits, e.g. £24,000 income from job + £1,500 additional income + £340 benefits = £25,840 total annual income)
- Adverse financials (CCJs, bankruptcies)
- Card details (this card will be used to pay the holding deposit, but please note that your account will only be charged if your offer is accepted)
Once you’ve submitted your offer, the property manager will review the information you’ve provided. If your offer is accepted, the next steps will be to upload details and documents for referencing.
If your offer has been rejected, you'll receive an email with accompanying details.
