Your property manager will issue your contract as soon as they've reviewed and approved your referencing reports. However, there may be a delay at this stage and they may choose to issue the contract at a time closer to your scheduled move-in date.
If you have any queries about when you'll be able to view and sign the contract, please contact the property manager via the Residently app. Go to Support > Create new message > Contracts/Moving In > Queries about your contract.
