Once your offer has been accepted, you’ll receive an email inviting you to upload details and documents for referencing. If you're the lead resident, and you selected the option in the offer form to submit paperwork on everyone's behalf, you'll also need to upload the paperwork for all other residents and guarantors on the application.
Click the link in the email invitation to get started. Make sure that you fill in each section of the application before you click on Submit at the end. You won't be able to reopen your application to amend any details once you've submitted.
Your paperwork will be sent automatically to our third-party referencing partner, Let Alliance, who will verify your information and perform the necessary checks required to ensure that you have the right to rent and that you meet affordability requirements.
Any additional details or documents must be shared directly with Let Alliance via the Residently app. To do this, open the app and go to Support > Create new message > Referencing. Please read this article for additional guidance.
