Once your referencing is approved your property manager will issue your contract and move in monies request. The move in monies consist of the security deposit and the first rental amount which may be pro-ratad based on the payment settings of your property manager.
Your request for move in monies will be sent to you via email and this will contain a breakdown of the following details:
- Total upfront rent amount
- The payment due date
- Bank account details which the payment should be made into
- Payment reference to include
The payment must be made by bank transfer with a valid card.
