Let Alliance can only accept professional email addresses for employment referees, not personal email addresses (e.g. those ending in @gmail.com or @yahoo.com). If you enter a non-professional email address on the system when uploading the referee email, this will be rejected by the system and an error message will appear.
If your chosen referee doesn't have a professional email address, please use the employer's HR email address if they have one, or enter blank@blank.com to bypass the system.
If you have bypassed the system, Let Alliance should reach out directly for further details to validate your employment.
If you have already submitted your referencing information and need to update a referee's email address to Let Alliance, you can do so via the Residently app by going to Support > Create new message > Referencing > Change referee details.
