You can submit details and documents for referencing on someone else's behalf. Please read the mock scenarios below carefully to understand how to do this in the right way.
Example 1: If your partner is the guarantor on an application, but they don't have an email address or a phone number and you want to receive all notifications, you should still enter the guarantor's full name, address, and income details, and upload their financial documents and passport. However, you should provide your own email address and phone number so that Let Alliance can contact you directly on behalf of your partner, the guarantor, if they've requested additional documents or details to complete the referencing checks. You can then communicate the requests for further documentation to your partner.
Example 2: If you are an applicant's parent or guardian, and the applicant is unable to complete their own paperwork because they're in hospital, you can submit details and documents for them on their behalf by entering their full name, address, and income details, as well as uploading their financial documents and passport. However, you should provide your own email address and phone number so that Let Alliance can contact you directly on behalf of the applicant if they've requested additional documents or details to complete the referencing checks. You can then communicate the requests for further documentation to the applicant.
