You may be having trouble making rent payments in the app because the card you're using may be invalid. Please make sure that your card is valid, and that you've entered the account number and sort code correctly. Please make sure that you have sufficient funds in your account too. If it doesn't work, please use an alternative payment card if possible.
If an error message is displayed when you attempt to make a payment, please ensure that you've entered all of your details correctly into the fields on the payment form. In particular, please make sure that you've added a space when entering a postcode in the postcode field. For example, please enter RG1 3HU (not 'RG13HU'), otherwise your payment attempt will fail the system's postcode background check.
