The Residently app is used exclusively by applicants who have had their offer approved for a tenancy. The app is also used by in situ residents to help them manage their home. The Residently app cannot be used for browsing properties. You cannot create an account if you haven't submitted an offer.
If you're an in situ resident, please ensure that you enter the email address you provided to the property manager when you completed your application for the property you are renting currently.
Please make sure that you've spelt your email address correctly, ensuring that all characters are in the correct case, and that there are no spaces in the email address field before you click 'Done' on your keyboard.
If you're still experiencing difficulties logging into the app, please take a screenshot of the login page in the app and send it to us via Chat. Our team will be able to check that we have the correct email address assigned to you on our system and will be able to make any changes.
