The Residently app is used exclusively by applicants who have had their offer approved for a tenancy. The app is also used by in situ residents to help them manage their home. The Residently app cannot be used for browsing properties. You cannot create an account if you haven't submitted an offer.

The Residently mobile app gives you the power to manage your home effortlessly. As an in situ resident, you can log maintenance requests, make rent payments, view your contract and more in just a few taps. Follow the steps below to create an account and log in.
To get started:
- Download the App: Available on both iOS and Android. Search for "Residently" in the App Store or Google Play Store
- Get Started: Click Get started and use the email address you used to apply for the property you're currently renting to create your account. You'll then receive an email invitation with a magic link. Click the Sign in button to log in
- Explore and Enjoy: Start exploring the features and enjoy using the app

- Rent Payments: Make ongoing rent payments and track your payment history
- Community: Connect with your neighbours and sign up for community events in your area
