You'll receive an email invitation to upload details and documents for referencing once your offer has been approved. If you haven't received an email invitation yet, your offer is still being reviewed by the property manager.
If your offer has been approved but you haven't received an email invitation yet, please contact the property manager by email or via the Residently app. Go to Support > Create new message > Request changes to your tenancy. The property manager will check that your email address has been entered correctly, will make any changes if required, and will resend the invitation to you.
