Additional details and documents must be shared directly with Let Alliance via the Residently app once your application has been submitted. If you need to upload more paperwork, follow the steps below.
Open the app and go to Support > Create new message > Referencing, then select the most relevant option from the list below:
- Right to rent or identity
- Previous address history
- Change referee contact details
- Share additional documents
- Referencing update
- Discuss reference with Residently
Select Share additional documents to share bank statements, payslips, tax returns, employment contracts, tenancy agreements, pension statements, benefit statements and more.
Please upload your documents in a compatible format, such as PDF, JPEG, .doc or docx.
ZIP files and other formats such as '.csv' are not recommended.
