When you complete the offer form, you'll be asked to enter your card details to make the holding deposit payment. Your card will be charged only if your offer is approved and you wish to proceed with the application. If your offer is declined or you wish to cancel your offer, you won't usually be charged for the holding deposit. If you have any questions about the holding deposit, please contact the property manager directly via the email at the bottom of your offer invitation or through the Residently app. Go to Support > Create new message > Rent/Payments > Holding deposit.
