When a guarantor is added to a stay, they act as a safeguard to ensure the rent is paid to the property manager in the event that you are unable to pay it yourself. If you choose to have a guarantor, they must meet the minimum income threshold set by the property manager to be accepted as a guarantor on the stay. If you have any questions about guarantors, please browse the articles in the Resident Help Centre or contact the property manager via the Residently app.
