The Support function in the Residently app is a communications tool that facilitates messaging between applicants, property manager, Let Alliance customer advisors and property maintenance personnel.
It may take a few working days for the property manager to respond to your message in the Residently app. The speed at which someone responds is entirely dependent on which property manager is managing the property you have applied for, so some may reply faster than others. Please be aware that Touchstone - Citra and Touchstone - Annington may take a while to respond to you. If your request is urgent and has not been acknowledged by the property manager after 24 hours, please email us at hello@residently.com and we'll escalate the situation with them directly.
