If you've accidentally deleted someone from your application, you will need to send a request to the property manager via the Residently app. Go to Support > Create new message > Request changes to your tenancy, then ask them to re-add the deleted user to your application. If you don't receive a response within 24 hours, please contact the property manager directly via email. You'll find their support email at the bottom of your email invitation to upload details and documents for referencing.
