If you're already a Residently resident and you've applied for another property managed through our platform, you can switch your stay in the app so that you can view your referencing progress for the new property. If you want to see your application in the app, you can switch the stay yourself. Open the app and go to Account > Manage tenancies, then select the stay you wish to view. You may need to update your Residently app to the latest version if you can't see the option to manage tenancies in the app.
