It's important that you try to complete your paperwork as soon as possible as the property isn't fully reserved until the contract is signed by all parties and the move-in monies have been paid. If you're travelling or abroad and don't have access to any documents, you have two options.
- You can complete as much of the application as possible and upload blank Word documents to bypass the system. However, please be aware that this will delay the referencing process. Once you've submitted, Let Alliance will contact you directly via phone and email to request additional information required to complete the referencing checks.
- You inform the property manager that you are away and that you'll be able to complete the application once you return. Then, you can upload and submit all the relevant information you have available.
Either way, the referencing process will be delayed which may affect your move-in date.
