Your move-in date remains provisional throughout the rental application process, so it may be subject to change depending on referencing progress, contracts and any maintenance work being carried out at the property. If your offer is accepted, you'll be able to view the tenancy details in your referencing application.
We understand that you will need an estimate as to when the contract will be finalised and when you can move into the property as you may need to book a moving van and make other arrangements. We don't know when exactly your contract will be finalised as this is handled by the property manager. If you have any queries about contracts and moving in, you can contact the property manager through the app. Go to Support > Create new message > Contracts / Moving in > Queries about your contract.
